Corporate History

In 2001 at Burbank California a computer company named E-machine was started. It's founder Chris Halkidis was very knowledgeable in computer hardware and took some training in Windows Network Server at a local school (New Horizon) in Burbank. E-machine's day to day business was computer network setup, support, custom computer assembly and Ebay auctions. At the end of 2002 the company was renamed Professional Computer Center or PCC and relocated to North Hollywood California. After several requests from its current customers PCC started building DVR's (digital video recorders). By the end of 2002 Full Surveillance was created and launched to fulfi ll the DVR demand. Our initial line of products were very basic and inexpensive DVR's and cameras which seemed to satisfy Full Surveillance customer base at the time. As the customer base grew so did the demand for more professional, high end DVR's and equipment.

Full Surveillance adjusted for this demand and partnered with big DVR manufacturing companies such as Geovision and others to meet the market. Since our conception several years ago we have now can offer our customers some of the best DVR's and NVR's in the market as well as integrated systems with access controlled doors with fi ngerprint and face recognition, Point of sale cash register text insertion, license plate recognition and multi level alerts including cellphone, SMS, email and instant message. From the thousands of customers we have served including many small businesses we have also had national chain stores such as Sizzler, 7 Eleven, El Pollo loco, Dominos, Quiznos we have also serviced big corporations and entities such as high rise buildings, Roscoe Business Center, Sunset Health Care, Indonesian Consulate General Los Angeles and PPG Aerospace.
